Purpose: উদ্দেশ্য: 

Provide a guidance
to all employees of the factory about proper Hourly Lot Pass Audit and ensure
the product quality. This is a part of quality assurance process.

কারখানার সমস্ত কর্মচারীদের সঠিক ঘন্টায় লট পাস অডিট সম্পর্কে একটি নির্দেশিকা প্রদান করুন এবং পণ্যের গুণমান নিশ্চিত করুন। এটি গুণমান নিশ্চিতকরণ প্রক্রিয়ার একটি অংশ।

Scope: ব্যাপ্তি: 

This process applies to all the Hourly Lot Pas Audit.

এই প্রক্রিয়াটি সমস্ত ঘন্টায় লট পাস অডিটের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।

Responsibility: দায়িত্ব: 

Hourly Lot Pass Auditor, Line QC, Manager Quality is
responsible to improvement this process properly.

প্রতি ঘণ্টায় লট পাস অডিটর, লাইন QC, ম্যানেজার কোয়ালিটি এই প্রক্রিয়াটিকে সঠিকভাবে উন্নত করার জন্য দায়ী।

Procedure: পদ্ধতি:

Sewing auditor garments should be inspection/audit hourly basis. 

সেলাই অডিটর গার্মেন্টস পরিদর্শন/অডিট ঘন্টা ভিত্তিতে করা উচিত।

Sample collect from sewing output after QC pass garments according to AQL.

QC পাস পোশাক সেলাই আউটপুট থেকে AQL অনুসারে নমুনা সংগ্রহ করতে হবে. 

Garments inspection should be line/buyer wise. 

গার্মেন্টস পরিদর্শন লাইন/ক্রেতা অনুসারে হওয়া উচিত।

Auditor lot pass audit should be conduct as per AQL, Internal factory standard, Buyer’s standard.  

অডিটর লট পাস অডিট AQL, অভ্যন্তরীণ কারখানার মান, ক্রেতার মান অনুযায়ী পরিচালনা করা উচিত। 

If audit pass, Garments will be moving to next process. If audit fail any lot garments than full lot must be back to output quality for recheck and will be conduct re-audit same lot garments after recheck. 

অডিট পাস হলে, গার্মেন্টস পরবর্তী প্রক্রিয়ায় চলে যাবে। যদি অডিট ব্যর্থ হয় তবে সম্পূর্ণ লটের চেয়ে বেশি পোশাকের আউটপুট গুণমানে ফিরে আসতে হবে পুনঃচেক করার জন্য এবং পুনরায় চেকের পরে একই লটের পোশাকের পুনরায় অডিট করা হবে।

Auditor must be keeping hourly lot pass audit report and (CAP) corrective Action Plan against fail lot. 

অডিটরকে অবশ্যই প্রতি ঘণ্টায় লট পাসের অডিট রিপোর্ট এবং (CAP) ব্যর্থতার বিরুদ্ধে সংশোধনমূলক কর্ম পরিকল্পনা রাখতে হবে।
