WHAT IS QUALITY?
Quality can be defined as the degree to which a product, service, or process meets or exceeds customer expectations or requirements. It is a measure of how well something performs its intended function, as well as how well it meets established standards and specifications.
Quality can be judged based on several factors, including reliability, durability, usability, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. A high level of quality implies that a product or service is free from defects or errors, is consistent and reliable, and meets or exceeds customer needs and expectations. Quality is essential in building customer loyalty and establishing a strong reputation for a business or organization.

that a product meets the prescribed technical standard checking of activities
at each stage of production. It provides a control over the entire production
process.

Quality Assurance (Reviews) Activities:
QA develops the philosophy,
Strategy, Plan and technical content of QC. It ensure that Quality related
requirements for each purchase, Contract and project are interpreted/translated
into useful information for use by QC and performs the front-end activities
that proceed production and QC.
QA দর্শন, কৌশল, পরিকল্পনা এবং QC এর
